Description as advertised… Auminium base and tip… Well made and solid… Small chip in finish, but can live with it… Will however have to make a plan to tap a 5mm thread, as my MK7 factory antenna’s 5mm stud can’t be removed… Delivered to RSA 2 weeks after placing order… Happy with product…

The antenna hole was smaller I had to enlarge it and thread it again to be able to mount it on my Fiesta also the Fiesta logo has been erased

It is of good quality but I do not stick to my party 2001 as the car comes with a thread output larger than the antenna, same the antenna has adapter to change the width of the antenna output but when trying to remove this car output to place the adapter broke, Just to keep it in mind, but the antenna looks great.
